PMM Supper Club

Why we exist

Belonging, mentorship, and trust.

PMM Supper Club exists because product marketing can feel surprisingly isolating — and because careers, confidence, and friendships grow faster when people genuinely support one another.

Community first

An independent community for product marketers.

PMM Supper Club was created as an independent community for product marketers. Our focus is simple: creating meaningful conversations, trusted relationships and opportunities for product marketers to support one another.

We are not a vendor community, a lead-generation programme or a commercial networking group. Everything we do starts with the community.

Independent · Community-led · Vendor-neutral

What sits beneath the work

Behind every launch, positioning deck, roadmap and stakeholder meeting is a person navigating pressure, uncertainty, imposter syndrome, career transitions and growth.

Too many professional spaces optimise for visibility instead of honesty. They reward performance over vulnerability. They measure success in connections collected rather than relationships built.

Something different

PMM Supper Club was created to offer something different: thoughtful tables, meaningful conversations and a community where people can support one another openly.

A place where generosity matters more than status. Where people can speak honestly. Where introductions are intentional. And where belonging is built one conversation at a time.

The room

Who comes to the table.

People join from many different stages of their careers and lives. Around the table you'll find a mix that makes the conversation richer.

  • First-time PMMs finding their feet
  • Experienced leaders navigating complexity
  • People in moments of transition
  • Those hiring and those exploring what's next
  • People rebuilding confidence after a hard season
  • PMMs new to a city, looking for their people
  • Introverts who prefer depth over noise
  • Ambitious operators who also value community
  • People looking for thoughtful connection
  • PMMs who simply miss having "their people"

Conversation

Around the table.

People talk openly about the things that actually matter — not because the evening demands vulnerability, but because the room makes honesty feel possible.

  • Difficult launches and what they taught us
  • Stakeholder challenges nobody warned us about
  • Imposter syndrome — and how to hold it lightly
  • Leadership when you're still figuring it out
  • Burnout, boundaries and remembering to breathe
  • Career transitions that felt like leaps of faith
  • AI anxiety and what it means for our craft
  • Confidence — losing it, finding it, rebuilding it
  • Growth that doesn't look like a promotion
  • Ideas that excite us and fears that keep us up
  • Life beyond work — because we are more than our titles

If it's your first time

Not everyone arrives confident.

A lot of people come to PMM Supper Club feeling nervous, unsure or like they won't know anyone. That's completely normal.

The evening is intentionally designed to feel welcoming, conversational and inclusive from the moment you arrive. There are no awkward networking exercises. No forced introductions. Just a room of people who also took a breath and walked through the door.

How tables are shaped

Every table is intentionally curated.

We review requests thoughtfully to help create a balanced, welcoming and conversational room. The mix of voices, cities and stages is considered slowly — never assembled at the last minute.

This isn't about exclusivity. It's about intentional hospitality — making sure every person around the table feels like they belong there.

An honest line

A lot of people arrive not knowing anyone.
Very few leave feeling that way.
